Chad Winsor - Executive Director
Chad as 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He learned his trade from the ground up and has hands on experience in concrete, steel, woodworking, plumbing and electrical. As Director of Construction on overseas projects, he provided oversight from concept and drafting thru completion of several large scale multi-building facilities. When Chad is not working, he enjoys the beach with his wife and family, fishing and travel.
Virgil Knox - Founder
A second generation business owner, of Hampton Concrete Products, Inc., Virgil began his career in high school working for his dad. At his father’s passing in 1988, Virgil purchased the precast concrete and metal fabricating business. Continuing to build and expand the business, he has invented a clear basement entrance door and several sizes of concrete trenches. Their products, including basement steps, unit steps, egress window wells, custom railings and trenches are shipped all over the United States. When not working, Virgil enjoys his family and giving of his time and resources
